




Position Summary: Oversee recruitment processes, payroll administration, labor relations, and HR metrics management, leading continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leads continuous improvement projects using Lean or Kaizen methodologies. 2. Manages comprehensive HR processes and labor relations. 3. Designs and monitors key HR indicators. * Direct recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Administer payroll and ensure compliance with employer obligations to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. * Manage labor relations and handle disciplinary incidents in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Design, implement, and monitor key HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, cost per hire, training). * Lead continuous improvement projects in human capital processes applying methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen. * Coordinate the annual training and competency development plan for personnel. * Manage job descriptions, performance evaluations, and salary structure. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and organizational policies. * Prepare HR metrics reports and management dashboards for senior leadership. * Support organizational change initiatives and corporate culture development. **Required Profile:** * Proficiency in comprehensive HR processes (recruitment, payroll, labor relations, training) * Management of HR metrics and KPIs * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS/INFONAVIT regulations * Continuous improvement tools (Lean HR, Kaizen, 5S) * Intermediate \- advanced Excel skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
