Opportunity for professional growth and strategic involvement. **Arova is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the organization’s talent strategy, strengthen our team’s development, and ensure compliance with best practices in human capital management. **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** We seek a candidate with leadership skills, strategic vision, and a people-centered approach—capable of fostering a positive organizational culture and efficient HR processes. **Responsibilities** Lead recruitment and selection processes. Design and implement talent attraction and retention strategies. Manage personnel movements (hires, terminations, and transfers). Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Implement onboarding and training programs for employees. Manage labor relations and conflict resolution. Monitor and improve organizational climate. Oversee administration of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resources preferred. **Experience** Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge Labor legislation. Talent management and organizational development. Labor conflict management. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Office suite software.
