With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** Actively participate in Talent and Culture area projects and activities (ITAL, training, labor relations, talent management, organizational culture, and compensation), supporting data collection and analysis, colleague assistance, and process tracking. **Location:** Huichihuayán, S.L.P. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field * Willingness to relocate. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes, performing tasks such as job posting, initial CV screening, and interview coordination * Support action plans to ensure compliance with labor and safety legal and regulatory requirements (NOM\-035, LFT, etc.). * Support activities related to management systems, such as preparing evidence and tracking forms, to understand applicable standards. * Support handling staff inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and administrative services, channeling requests and learning about systems such as ODESSA, IMSS, and Infonavit. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Planning and organization. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Proficiency in Office software suite. **What We Offer:** * Company\-school agreement * Professional development and continuous training.
