The candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring core HR processes aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities * Coordination of onboarding, training, and development processes. * Management of labor relations, organizational climate, and incident handling. * Compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Payroll administration, employee hiring, termination, and personnel movements. * Implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. * Preparation of HR reports and metrics. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and HR processes. * Effective communication and conflict management skills. * Organizational skills and results orientation. * Ethics, confidentiality, and sense of responsibility. * Analytical ability and decision-making capability.
