Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in manufacturing to manage recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and ensure labor compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages end-to-end recruitment and selection processes 2. Coordinates onboarding and training programs 3. Ensures compliance with current labor legislation (LFT, IMSS) **Human Resources Generalist** Location: Parque Industrial Golondrinas, Xalapa, Veracruz **Work Mode: On-site** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Coordinate onboarding and training programs * Administer pre\-payroll and attendance incidents * Provide direct support to staff and follow up on internal needs * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation (LFT, IMSS) * Monitor Human Resources key performance indicators * Support workplace climate initiatives and organizational development **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field (completed) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as an HR Generalist * Mandatory experience in manufacturing companies * Solid knowledge of LFT and IMSS * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and results-oriented mindset * Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
