At Grupo Herma Motors, we are looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator** to lead the talent management strategy and strengthen our organizational culture. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate and supervise recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Develop onboarding, training, and staff development programs. * Supervise payroll incidents, attendance control, employee onboarding, terminations, and personnel movements. * Manage severance and settlement calculations. * Supervise the correct application of deductions, earnings, and benefits. * Supervise the correct implementation of internal policies, RIT, and current labor regulations. * Carry out activities related to workplace climate, internal communication, and organizational culture. * Address and follow up on labor relations, conflicts, and disciplinary processes. **“Your experience adds value if”** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership positions * Knowledge of current labor legislation, personnel recruitment and selection, personnel administration, payroll and compensation, and conflict management. * Proficiency with platforms (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE) **Our benefits for you include** * Competitive monthly base salary, commensurate with experience, skills, and prior knowledge * Statutory benefits * Professional development **We are located at Rinconadas del bosque, Zapopan, Jal.**
