Additionally, coordinate certifications related to workplace climate such as **Great Place to Work (GPTW), ESR, Top Companies, Global Compact**, among others. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and support **organizational transformation** processes and change management. * Administer **employee engagement surveys** and coordinate continuous improvement actions. * Participate in strengthening **organizational culture** and corporate values. * Develop and update **job descriptions, organizational charts, and competency profiles**. * Support the creation of **career paths and professional development plans**. * Coordinate **workplace climate certifications** (GPTW, ESR, Top Companies, etc.). * Manage **corporate agreements and employee benefits**. * Participate in **recruitment processes**, initial screening interviews, and cultural fit assessments. * Implement the **internship program** and coordinate interns' professional development. * Administer and interpret **psychometric and projective tests**. **Requirements** * **Completed bachelor's degree** in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Organizational Psychology (degree and license required). * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in organizational climate and culture, or organizational development. * Knowledge of **NOM\-035**, workplace climate measurement tools, and climate certifications. * Proficiency in psychometric tools and development of organizational diagnostics. **Competencies and Skills** * Teamwork and effective communication. * Empathy, resilience, and proactivity. * Results orientation and analytical skills. * Learnability and self-management. * Organization, operational leadership, and decision-making.
