Knowledge in Management of: * Quality \- ISO 9001:2015 Standard * Safety \- ISO 45001:2018 Standard * Environmental \- ISO 14001:2015 Standard Job Responsibilities: · **Talent Attraction \-** Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates, from job posting through new employee onboarding. · **Selection and Assessment \-** Conduct competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments to ensure selection of suitable candidates aligned with organizational objectives. · **Job Profiles \-** Maintain updated job profiles for all administrative positions, ensuring they accurately reflect responsibilities, requirements, and competencies necessary for optimal performance of each role. · **Performance Management \-** Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure managers submit evaluation forms on time and as required. · **Personnel File Management \-** Administration and control of employee files, both physical and digital. · **Internal Communications \-** Corporate announcements, events, organizational changes, recognitions, calendars, policies, etc. · **Exit Interviews \-** Support in follow-up and handling of harassment or bullying cases.
