




**Job Objective** Manage and support Human Resources processes, ensuring proper talent administration, compliance with internal policies, and enhancement of the organizational climate. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Proficiency in recruitment and selection processes. * Experience in personnel and payroll administration (desirable). * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to manage personnel files and employment documentation. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Manage personnel files and employment contracts. * Coordinate training and development programs. * Support performance evaluations. * Address employee inquiries and follow up on incidents. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Support initiatives related to workplace climate and organizational well-being. **Competencies** * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Adaptability to change. * Proactivity and sense of urgency.
