With over 20 years of experience in this field, we consistently prioritize environmental care and share a culture of hygiene for health with our clients. **Job Description** **Job Objective:** To plan, direct, and execute Human Resources strategies to attract, develop, and retain human talent, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation, in order to strengthen the organizational climate, increase productivity, and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Control, filing, and access requests for various work centers. * Updated employee roster * Attendance records * Supervision of other departmental areas (Recruitment & Selection\- Payroll) * Vacation management * ST7 process * Monthly and quarterly reporting * Administrative minutes * Preparing packages for external shipments * Coordinating the recruitment and selection process for personnel required to be hired. * Recruitment planning and strategies * Posting job opportunities on job boards, reviewing resumes, selecting candidates, verifying applicants’ employment history, and conducting interviews among applicants, administering psychometric tests. * Attending job fairs or directly approaching qualified potential workers to attract applicants * Managing and assembling personnel files. * Executing the hiring process * Knowledge of OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE profiles * Payroll preparation **Experience in:** * Employee relations * Training * Conflict resolution * ST7 * Recruitment and selection processes * Audits * Personnel file control * Payroll * Onboarding * Federal Labor Law (LFT) * IDSE * INFONAVIT **Skills and attitudes:** * Strong verbal communication skills * Communication ability * Teamwork * Adaptability to change * Empathetic * Flexible * Friendly * Proactive **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 2 to 3 years of experience in the field * Age: 25 to 40 years Interested candidates meeting the above requirements are encouraged to apply through this channel or send their CV via email to: auditoria@limpiezadelpuerto.com Employment type: Full-time, Contract-based, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $13,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
