Promotes a positive work environment **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide administrative and operational support in human development processes, contributing to the efficient execution of training programs, organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, “Best Practices” programs, and other Human Development department initiatives, ensuring compliance with established procedures and promoting a positive work environment. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain complete physical and digital personnel files. * Keep all personnel information updated and complete on platforms. * Ensure all personnel receive their corresponding identification badges on their first day of work. * Actively participate in recreational, team-building, and event activities. * Ensure lockers are properly organized and assigned, and maintain an updated locker assignment list. * Guarantee correct preparation and submission of the remittance request document for the corresponding processing. * Ensure accurate and timely recording of attendance incidents on the platform. * Support organizational climate activities. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hours; Saturday, 9:00 to 13:00 hours Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Transportation assistance or service * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Employee referral program * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
