




**Human Capital Generalist** **Location:** Ecatepec **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site **Salary Range:** Competitive, commensurate with experience **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Selection, Training, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Personnel Administration. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Support internal and external audits. * Manage union relations and support contractual negotiations. * Oversee pre\-payroll processes. * Design and implement strategies for talent development and improvement of the work environment. * Support disciplinary and termination processes with a legal and human-centered approach. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years as department head or team leader. * Knowledge of labor legislation, union management, pre\-payroll, organizational development, and recruitment. * Proficiency in HR metrics. * Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunities for professional development. * A stable and collaborative work environment.
