




**Position Objective** Strategically and operationally lead the company, ensuring the achievement of organizational, commercial, and financial goals. Comprehensively coordinate Human Resources, Accounting, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Treasury, and Finance departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Design and implement the organization's strategic plan. * Supervise and coordinate operations across all areas under responsibility. * Ensure achievement of financial, commercial, and administrative objectives. * Control financial planning, budgets, treasury, forecasts, and accounting reports. * Strengthen the sales department through commercial strategies and market expansion initiatives. * Lead purchasing and supply processes, ensuring quality and cost optimization. * Supervise operations and productivity across different company departments. * Implement Human Resources policies that promote talent development, leadership, and a positive work environment. * Establish performance indicators (KPIs) for each department and monitor their compliance. * Represent the company before clients, suppliers, authorities, and external institutions. * Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptation to market changes. **Position Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
