Job Summary: A professional responsible for consolidating, calculating, and analyzing national fleet indicators, preparing management reports and maintenance control reports. Key Highlights: 1. Fuel platform administration and operational audit control 2. Statistical analysis, indicator generation, and cost-saving strategies 3. KPI management for the Fleet Sub-Directorate and communication to branches **Description** --------------- Consolidate and calculate national-level fleet indicators for Maintenance and Fuel; prepare a monthly control dashboard per branch; prepare a monthly fleet management report; identify and analyze significant deviations from targets; calculate fuel efficiency; monitor maintenance of Safe Deposit Box equipment; monitor maintenance of LP Gas equipment; and manage other fleet-related projects requiring planning, results tracking, and cost reduction. **Responsibilities** --------------------- • Fuel platform administration • Operational control and audits • Statistical analysis and indicator generation • Cost-saving strategies • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs for this position) • Track KPIs for the Fleet Sub-Directorate and communicate them to all branches. **Education** --------------- Bachelor’s degree and/or Industrial Engineering; Bachelor’s in Administration (graduated). **Experience** --------------- Two years of experience generating statistical reports in operational areas or customer service. **Knowledge** ----------------- Knowledge of report consolidation, statistics, metrics, and performance at the national level within fleet operations; control of work logs; verifications; and fleet processes. **Competencies** ---------------- Collaboration; demonstrating role mastery; achieving results; leading change; being an open and persuasive communicator; fostering excellence; developing organizational capability. **Skills** --------------- Advanced Excel; Intermediate English **Working Hours** ----------- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location** -------------------- Tlalnepantla **Additional Information** ------------------------- Our services are free of charge.
