Tulum, Cancún, with occasional flexibility to support operations at our Airport facilities. **The Profile We Seek (We’d Love to Meet You If You):** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (DO/HR Analyst or Assistant, Consulting). * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Cultural diagnosis expertise is a **major plus**. * **Personal Skills:** You’re analytical, solution-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
