




**Academic Background:** \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or related field. Master's degree in change management or similar (desirable). **Experience:** \- 3\-5 years in change management, preferably in technology implementation projects. \- Experience in multicultural projects or across multiple countries. **Technical Knowledge:** \- Change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar). \- Organizational impact analysis skills. \- Intermediate proficiency with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project. **Languages:** \- Advanced Spanish and English (essential). **Key Skills:** \- Effective and assertive communication. \- Leadership and ability to influence stakeholders. \- Ability to manage resistance to change. \- Adaptability in dynamic and multicultural environments. \- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
