Director Assistant
**Location:** Maestro Punto Sao Paulo Condominium, Ponto São Paulo, Parks Tower, 2400, UP1 Office C Int. 701, 44630 Guadalajara, Jal.

**Salary:** $ based on qualifications, paid biweekly
Job Mission
Ensure optimization of the General Management’s time, organizational structure, and decision-making efficiency. Serve as a strategic, high-trust liaison guaranteeing operational continuity and rigorous tracking of institutional agreements.
Main Functions and Responsibilities
* **Agenda Management:** Strategic planning, restructuring, and prioritization of complex corporate agendas and executive time flows.
* **Institutional Follow-up:** Direct coordination and enforcement of progress from staff and middle management regarding assigned tasks and committed deadlines.
* **Document Governance:** Initial filtering, validation, and preliminary approval of critical documentation prior to submission to Management.
* **Logistics:** Executive decision-making on last-minute meetings, events, and travel, aligned with authorized budgets.
Expected Results (First 12 Months)
* Guarantee a minimum 95% completion rate for tasks and pending items assigned to Management.
* Design and implement at least two (2) process improvements optimizing general administration or operations.
* Ensure up to 95% of staff committed deadlines are met on time and as agreed.
* Maintain a zero-error indicator in the delivery and review of critical documentation.
Profile Requirements
* **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field (preferably completed).
* **Experience:** 1–2 years in executive assistant roles, senior management secretarial positions, or administrative coordination.
Mandatory Technical Competencies
* Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, oriented toward reporting and data analysis.
* Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and digital productivity tools.
* Experience in advanced management and control of complex corporate agendas.

* Highly structured organization and planning.
* Assertive communication and high-level interpersonal relationships.

Work Schedule and Availability
* **Standard Shift:** Regular institutional working hours.
* **Availability:** High flexibility required to accommodate last-minute travel needs, extraordinary weekday overtime extensions, and occasional weekend coverage according to the Director’s priorities.
