Job Summary: We are seeking an External Change Management Consultant to lead corporate transformation, optimizing administrative and operational processes to standardize organizational outcomes. Company dedicated to the conceptualization, design, construction, and installation of transportation systems Seeks a professional as an **External Change Management Consultant**, with experience and specialization in corporate transformation, possessing expertise to implement and redesign administrative or operational processes to achieve required outcomes and standardize organizational processes. Working Hours: · Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs Responsibilities: * Understand the current and future state of the administrative or operational process to be implemented. * Formulate a work plan (weekly, biweekly, monthly). * Define and implement change management strategies aligned with and fulfilling the objectives of the work plan. * Define and implement strategies in case new administrative or operational processes are required. * Define, implement, or redesign corporate manuals, administrative or operational process manuals, and forms. * Internal communication with process owners. * Identify organizational impacts and mitigation actions (risk management). * Identify and implement KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). * And other duties as required by the work plan.
