Your mission will be to execute the training strategy in the field, ensuring processes are understood, adopted, and reflected in results. This is not merely about delivering courses, but about closing knowledge gaps, standardizing operations, and strengthening organizational culture. You will serve as the bridge between Talent and Operations, accompanying teams in the field, reinforcing standards, building teams, and ensuring that what is taught is actually applied in stores.
