Implement continuous improvement strategies in manufacturing **About the Role** We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and continuous-improvement-oriented **5S Auditor** to ensure compliance with 5S standards across production lines and operational areas. This position will be critical in strengthening operational discipline, optimizing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting a culture of order, cleanliness, and efficiency on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, operational audits, and results analysis, with the ability to implement sustainable improvement strategies in high-performance manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities * Conduct 5S audits across production lines, warehouses, and operational areas to verify compliance with established standards. * Evaluate conditions related to order, cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline within the facility. * Generate periodic audit reports, including analysis of findings, trends, and results. * Develop corrective action plans and continuous improvement strategies derived from audits. * Track implementation of improvements and verify compliance. * Coordinate training activities related to the 5S methodology and operational best practices. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce waste, and reinforce visual standards. * Collaborate with supervisors, production leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the sustainability of 5S programs. * Monitor performance indicators related to audits and operational compliance. * Promote an organizational culture focused on discipline, efficiency, and operational excellence. **Education** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Processes, or related field. **Experience** * 3–5 years of experience in operational audits, 5S implementation, or continuous improvement within the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Direct hands-on experience in production environments. * Knowledge of report generation, results analysis, and follow-up on improvement plans. **Technical Knowledge** * 5S methodology * Process audits * Lean Manufacturing * Continuous improvement * Performance indicator analysis (KPIs) * Safety and operational discipline * Process standardization * Microsoft Office / Excel **Key Competencies** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Problem solving * Teamwork * Proactivity * Results orientation * Adaptability to change **Languages** * Basic/intermediate English preferred **Ideal Profile** We seek a disciplined, strategic, and results-driven individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement—capable of driving robust 5S standards and contributing to enhanced operational efficiency within a highly competitive industrial environment.
