**Role Objective**
Serve as the central internal coordination point for the company, ensuring that talent, culture, administration, and daily operational processes run in an organized, efficient, and professional manner—acting as a key support for the company’s daily operations by coordinating administrative matters, recruitment, organizational culture, and cross-departmental follow-up.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support recruitment processes, interviews, and onboarding
* Coordinate documentation, contracts, and internal administrative processes
* Follow up on pending operational tasks and cross-departmental items
* Assist with scheduling, meetings, minutes, and internal coordination
* Participate in organizational culture initiatives and team engagement activities
* Maintain orderly documentation and tracking for employees and suppliers
* Provide operational support to various departments according to business needs
**Requirements**
* Prior experience in human resources, administration, executive assistance, or similar roles (minimum 1 year; 2+ years preferred).
* Proficiency with digital tools: Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Monday or equivalent platforms.
* Ability to draft formal documents: contracts, policies, internal announcements, and administrative templates.
* Basic knowledge of employee onboarding (or willingness to learn).
* Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with organization and judgment.
* **Preferred: experience in onboarding and supplier relations**
* Preferred: familiarity with developing organizational policies or internal regulations.

* Internal policies documented and updated in alignment with company changes.
**Position Type**
Full-time · On-site in León, Guanajuato.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Net salary: $12,000 to $14,000, negotiable based on experience
Cross-functional role with high task variability depending on business needs.
Compensation determined according to prior experience.
Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month
