Opportunity to propose and implement improvements HR Business Partner \| People \& Culture Position Objective Coordinate and execute strategic and operational Human Resources initiatives, ensuring the proper functioning of processes related to talent, performance, organizational culture, recruitment, and internal follow-up. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across departments.
