We are expanding and seeking talent for the position of: "Quality Supervisor" Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * 1 year of experience in optical fiber manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of ISO 9000, TL 9000, Oracle, Microsoft Office, ETQ platform, and QAPV. * Work schedule: Shift N2 = Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Responsibilities: * Responsible for coordinating the audit team to carry out all inspection, audit, and product testing activities in accordance with requirements specified in specifications. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines. * Participate in root cause analysis of reported quality issues in the following cases: * Return of non-conforming products from shipments to the manufacturing area. * Customer complaints related to non-conforming products and/or components. * High scrap and/or rework rates during production. * High PPM (Parts Per Million) rate (out of specification).
