Job stability Branch Manager – Optics (Morelia City Center) **Location:** Morelia City Center, Michoacán **Salary:** $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly (based on experience) **Payment:** Weekly **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation of the branch through excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, and maintenance of an orderly, clean, and functional space. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct counter service to customers * Advising customers on frame and lens selection * Closing sales and following up with customers * Basic inventory control * Opening and closing the branch * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and store image * Supporting general branch activities **Candidate Profile** * Education: Completed high school (preferred) * Preferred: Optometrist or Nurse * Experience: * Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably retail or customer service) **Skills:** * Strong verbal communication * Service-oriented attitude * Responsibility and commitment * Organization and tidiness **Key Attitudes:** * Strong work ethic * Willingness to learn * Proactivity **We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Continuous training * Opportunity for growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
