Job Summary: Responsible for managing, designing, and modifying tooling drawings, ensuring their updating and efficiency within the tool room, as well as compliance with quality standards. Active participation in ISO and OHSAS certifications. **Responsibilities:** ---------------- * Manages all tool room drawings systematically and maintains accurate, up-to-date documentation related to tooling drawings to ensure an efficient tooling information system. Designs and modifies tooling. * Maintains a database of drawings for each tooling item in the tool room; responsible for updating drawings whenever any tool undergoes changes or modifications. Participates in tooling design projects aimed at optimizing and/or improving tooling performance. Works in accordance with company policies and standards. * Updates and maintains all tooling drawings under the company’s system. * Dimensions and prepares drawings for new parts without deadline constraints. * Provides support in designing new tooling. * Reviews tolerances and specifications on drawings with the Quality, Engineering, and Production departments. * Prepares reports and documentation required by the tool room coordinator. * Actively participates in fulfilling requirements for maintaining ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS certifications. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical degree (electromechanical/mechanical). * Experience in metal-mechanical industry. * Proficiency in SolidWorks, measuring equipment (optical comparator, micrometer, height gauge), geometric tolerances, and drawing interpretation. * AutoCAD, MS Office
