Collaboration with engineering and construction teams DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a **Telecom Estimator** with specialized experience in **building construction and airport infrastructure**. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in calculating and designing telecommunications networks, with particular focus on construction projects within building and airport environments. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure proper implementation of telecommunications systems, meeting the highest quality standards and applicable regulations. We seek a proactive professional with strong analytical ability and attention to detail, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves close collaboration with other departments—including engineering, construction, and project management—to ensure the technical and economic viability of proposed solutions. Experience in risk management and cost optimization will be considered a plus. Adaptability to new technologies and work methodologies will be positively valued. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of feasibility studies and cost estimates for telecommunications projects in buildings and airports. * Design and calculation of fiber optic, copper, and other communication networks. * Development of floor plans, network schematics, and cable diagrams. * Definition of technical specifications and descriptive reports. * Cost analysis and resource optimization. * Technical supervision of telecommunications-related construction work. * Collaboration with engineering and construction teams to resolve issues. * Ensuring compliance with applicable technical and safety regulations. * Evaluation and selection of materials and equipment. * Preparation of project progress and closure reports. **Essential Requirements:** * University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years as a Telecom Estimator, specialized in buildings and/or airports. * Solid knowledge of design and installation of telecommunications networks (fiber optic, copper, radiofrequency, etc.). * Proficiency in CAD tools and network calculation and design software. * Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. * Knowledge of national and international technical regulations applicable to telecommunications. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork capability and effective communication skills. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Project management experience. * Knowledge of security and access control systems. * Relevant certifications in the field of telecommunications. * Airport sector experience. * Proficiency in additional languages.
