Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant with an interest in IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to provide user support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform maintenance, install and configure systems, and carry out basic network administration. We are looking for a **Technical Support Assistant** interested in building a career in IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in technical support. * Basic knowledge of networks and troubleshooting. * Interest or foundational knowledge in cybersecurity (preferred). * Type A Driver’s License (preferred) * Education: Technical high school diploma or incomplete university degree. * Age 20–35 years (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Internal user support:** Provide assistance to colleagues across various departments to resolve issues related to devices, systems, email, access, or applications. * **Diagnosis and resolution of issues:** Identify and fix hardware, software, and network problems, either remotely or on-site. * **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of computers, printers, and other devices. * **Installation and configuration:** Configure computers, software, operating systems, and user accounts in workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, AnyDesk, and remote desktop. * **Basic network administration:** Assist with network, Wi-Fi, VPN, fiber optic, CCTV, cabling, and firewall configuration and monitoring. * **Inventory management:** Maintain records of equipment, software licenses, and technology accessories. * **Basic cybersecurity:** Support implementation of security best practices, updates, antivirus, and access controls. * **Basic user training:** Guide colleagues on proper use of technological tools. * **Server monitoring** * **IT audit support.** **Interested candidates please send your CV to:** **administracion@cppconsultingnet.biz or apply via the platform.** Any additional questions or comments regarding this position will be addressed through this channel.
