Position Summary: We are seeking a Survey Technician for fieldwork in telecommunications, with a focus on network infrastructure and validation. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical and observational skills in a dynamic environment. A telecommunications sector company is seeking a Survey Technician for fieldwork. We are looking for personnel with knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and networks. Requirements: Age: 21 to 42 years old Knowledge and recognition of telecommunications networks (coaxial and fiber optic). Identification of active and passive equipment. Recognition of service drops and differentiation of cable types from providers such as: Totalplay, Izzi, Megacable, and Telmex. Identification of property type: house, commercial premises, or apartment. Recognition of telecommunications infrastructure and pole types. Reading and interpretation of blueprints. Use of satellite imagery, HFC diagrams, and FTTH diagrams. Proficiency with smartphones and applications such as Google Maps and Google Earth. Availability for fieldwork. Availability for travel. Responsibilities: Field surveying and validation of infrastructure. Identification and documentation of telecommunications networks and equipment. Photographic documentation and data capture. Interpretation and updating of blueprints. Site visits to validate routes and infrastructure. Skills: Attention to detail. Analytical and observational abilities. Teamwork. Responsibility and organization. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $3,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
