**Structured Cabling Installer Technician** IITS, a leading Mexican company with over 20 years of experience in the technology infrastructure industry, is seeking a Structured Cabling Technician to join our team. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school (preferred). * Minimum experience: 2 years in network installations (voice and data), optical fiber — **mandatory** * Flexible schedule. * Knowledge and experience working at heights. * Availability to travel Required knowledge: * Implementation of structured cabling installations, access control, CCTV, optical fiber, and data center maintenance. * Proper handling and laying of UTP, FTP, and FO cables. * Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations. * Proficiency with installation and termination tools. * Familiarity with cables, connectors, conduits, cable trays, optical fiber, and networks. * Experience using network scanning and measurement equipment (Fluke). Responsibilities: * Implementation of network projects, providing support for data and telephone networks (UTP, FTP, Optical Fiber). * Patch panel finishing and RJ45 modular jack termination. * Optical fiber connectorization. * Implementation, cable pulling, dressing, termination, and performance testing. * Installation of supports, conduits, ducts, cable trays, junction boxes, and accessories as required. * Rack mounting of equipment. * Operation of lifting platforms Performance metrics: * Customer satisfaction. * Adherence to implementation timelines.
