We are looking for: **SERVICE DESIGNER** **Profile**: * 4\-6 years of experience as a Service Designer. · Solid experience in conceptualizing, redesigning, and scaling user-centered services, capable of integrating research, strategy, and execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. · End-to-end project experience, preferably within consulting firms. · Proficiency in user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. · Experience creating and documenting Service Blueprints, Journey Maps, and experience systems. · Ability to translate research findings into strategic opportunities. · Experience facilitating workshops with multidisciplinary teams. **Tools:** * Miro / Mural * Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD * Prototyping tools * User research and usability testing tools * Advanced Microsoft Suite * Digital collaboration tools **We offer:** ü Salary: $50,000 gross, commensurate with years of experience and technical skills. ü 100% payroll-based employment scheme. ü Statutory benefits \+ food vouchers \+ savings fund \+ Life Insurance \+ SGMM \+ Optical and dental insurance, among others. ü Work location: Mexico City If interested, please apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV.
