Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the commercial and service operations of optometrists, ensuring compliance with standards, sales targets, and legal regulations in the regional Optics area. General Purpose of the Position:** Coordinate, supervise, and drive the commercial and service operations of optometrists at the regional level, ensuring compliance with service standards, sales targets, and legal regulations applicable to the Optics area in the region. **2\. Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the optometrist team in the assigned region. * Ensure staffing coverage and follow up on urgent optometrist recruitment and hiring processes, collaborating with the Human Resources department. * Guarantee that regional optical stores obtain and maintain required Operating Notices and Sanitary Licenses, complying with COFEPRIS regulations.2 * Monitor achievement of sales targets (ProGC) and customer experience (ISA) for the optics department in the region. * Ensure optics staff receive necessary training and certification to perform their duties. * Verify adherence to procedures for receiving, enabling, displaying, inventorying, and correctly labeling optical items.6 * Follow up on pending deliveries and optical warranty services, in accordance with established procedures.
