We invite you to join our team as a **Quality Coordinator**. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Conduct audits of calls (predictive and outbound) and WhatsApp conversations of Educational Advisors according to the established quality checklist, aiming to identify strengths and areas for opportunity to provide feedback and training to operations for improved performance. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, evaluation of sales interactions, and documentation, preferably in the education sector. * Knowledge of contact center quality metrics. * Proficiency in evaluation systems and CRM tools. * Data analysis skills. * Evaluation of calls, WhatsApp, and social media interactions. **Knowledge in:** * Monitoring of key quality indicators * Development of continuous improvement plans * Quality management methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) **Specific Job Functions:** * Evaluate calls, WhatsApp messages, and chats * Conduct audits in the CRM (Zoho) to detect deviations in the sales process * Provide feedback and document progress * Develop training programs * Coordinate calibration sessions **WE OFFER:** **Benefits you will receive:** * Monthly salary paid biweekly * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm * Statutory benefits * **Short-term growth opportunity.** * Free platform offering **courses and training** across various interest areas. * **Institutional scholarship** to continue your university studies or specialization. * **Discounts at Arista Optical Stores, cafeterias, and more.** * Central work location, just a few blocks from Metro Line 1 Chapultepec or Line 7 Chapultepec.
