Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Technology Project Manager to manage Telco field projects, ensuring deliverables, change control, schedule and budget tracking, and risk mitigation. Ensuring achievement of key milestones and system integration MEXICANA DE ALTA COMUNICACIÓN EMPRESARIAL (TELECOMMUNICATIONS) is seeking: Project Manager (Technology) – Degree Required **Valid PMI certification required** Age 29 years or older Prior experience managing Telco projects; must be a leader, proactive, highly capable of solving problems, and willing to travel as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES In the Field: Ensure technical deliverables align with contractual requirements. Control change requests. Develop and update schedules. Ensure achievement of key milestones (e.g., fiber installed, firewall operational, CCTV functional). Monitor budget and control expenses. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors. Verify compliance with fiber standards (e.g., optical losses). Ensure secure configurations for firewalls and systems. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Activate contingency plans (e.g., material delays). Report progress to clients and management. Coordinate weekly status meetings. Resolve conflicts and ensure productivity. Ensure all systems (fiber optics, firewalls, CCTV, access systems) operate in an integrated and documented manner.
