We are currently seeking: **PROJECT MANAGER (Telecommunications)** We are looking for a **Project Manager** with experience in **managing operational personnel** (large work crews) and knowledge of **telecommunications projects** (installation, fiber optics, structured cabling). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field — **COMPLETED** * **Minimum 3 years of experience managing operational personnel**, preferably in the telecommunications sector or in industries with a similar operational component. * **Proven experience managing work crews of 20 or more employees simultaneously.** * **Basic knowledge of telecommunications projects**, specifically in fiber optic installation and structured cabling. **Required Knowledge:** * Supervising and coordinating technical and engineering crews on fiber optic projects. * Managing staff attendance using digital tools. * Ensuring adherence to schedules and verifying staff presence at assigned job sites. * Monitoring and justifying fuel consumption (logbooks). * Assigning and tracking work orders (installations, modifications, etc.). * Coordinating daily operations and resolving on-site incidents. * Preparing attendance and fuel management reports. * Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary ranging from $15,000 to $23,000, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * On-site position near Taxqueña Metro Station.
