PRODUCTION OPERATOR
**General Information**
Position: Production Operator
Department: Production (FLEXO/TBS(POLY)/FORTALEZA/PINOS)
Reports to: Production Supervisor and Production Leader
Works collaboratively with: All Laboratory and Production staff
Location: Headquarters, Las Liebres, Tlaquepaque.
Position Type: Full-time, on-site
Shifts: 8:30 AM \- 5:30 PM
**Position Objectives:**
Manufacture inks according to received customer orders to meet their requirements.
**Position Requirements:**
**Education:** Minimum completed junior high school.
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing companies with quality control.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Basic arithmetic operations
* Following instructions
* Filling out forms
**Soft Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, organization, assertive communication, teamwork, strategic planning, empathy, and commitment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1\.\- Participate in supervising operational controls of assigned processes, ensuring compliance.
2\.\- Request materials from Warehouse.
3\.\- Properly maintain identification of materials and by-products throughout the entire process.
4\.\- Deliver a liquid sample and the manufacturing sheet to the Raw Materials Department for by-product review and release.
5\.\- Package, identify, and store the by-product.
6\.\- Follow established Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental rules and guidelines.
7\.\- Manufacture products according to received orders.
8\.\- Deliver manufactured by-products to Warehouse once approved by Quality Control.
9\.\- Manufacture by-products according to manufacturing sheets.
10\.\- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and properly calibrated.
11\.\- Ensure only approved materials are used in product manufacturing.
12\.\- Collaborate in environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, and maintaining a clean work area.
14\.\- Maintain and foster positive working relationships with all internal customers and colleagues.
