Opportunity to participate in ongoing campaigns PART-TIME OPTOMETRIST / VISUAL HEALTH CAMPAIGNS EASTERN ZONE – STATE OF MEXICO, NEZAHUALCÓYOTL, IXTAPALUCA, LOS REYES, CHALCO. JOB OBJECTIVE Provide professional optometric care during visual health campaigns and community or corporate outreach events, performing patient-focused eye examinations with quality, efficiency, and accuracy under a part-time and/or campaign-day schedule. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Optometry Professional title and license are mandatory EXPERIENCE Minimum 6 months to 1 year in: – Eye examinations – Refraction and visual acuity testing – Use of optometric equipment Experience in visual health campaigns, mobile health units, health fairs, or high-volume patient settings is desirable. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Proficiency in using: – Phoropter – Autorefractor – Retinoscope – Visual acuity charts Detection of myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. Completion of clinical forms and optical prescriptions. SKILLS – Empathetic and professional patient interaction – Clear communication – Efficiency without compromising quality of care – Service-oriented attitude – Ability to work under pressure – Punctuality and commitment WORK LOCATION Eastern Zone of the State of Mexico: Ixtapaluca, Chalco, Valle de Chalco, Los Reyes La Paz, Nezahualcóyotl, and surrounding areas. Willingness to travel within this zone. SCHEDULE Part-time (4 to 6 hours). Campaign days during weekdays and/or weekends. Flexible schedule aligned with campaign programming. IDEAL PROFILE (DESIRED) Residence in the eastern zone of the State of Mexico. Prior experience in visual health campaigns or mobile health units. Strong verbal communication skills. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $368.60 – $1,393.66 per day Expected Hours: No more than 8 per week Work Location: On-site employment
