If you have crew leadership experience, do not miss this opportunity. \- Experience: 2 to 3 years in FTTH construction, ducting, long-haul links, knowledge of hardware, splitters, and specialized tools \- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance \- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings \- Aerial and underground fiber optic telecommunications networks \- Knowledge of measurement tools and equipment (OTDR splicer, power meters, etc.) \- Knowledge of CFE regulations for fiber optic construction \- Supervise and monitor construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects for first- and second-level networks Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering preferred but not mandatory Willingness to travel Prior work experience with more than one carrier: CFE, Totalplay, IZZI, Megacable WE OFFER \- Monthly net salary of $18,000 \- Company vehicle and per diems \- Statutory and above-statutory benefits \- Direct employment contract with the company \- Growth opportunities Salary: $16,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
