We are seeking an **Optical Designer** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing optical systems, as well as performing analyses and simulations to ensure optimal product performance. This role is crucial to ensuring the quality, precision, and functionality of optical components in high-complexity projects. **Responsibilities:** * Design optical systems using specialized software (e.g., Zemax, Code V, LightTools). * Perform optical simulations and analyses to validate designs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integration of optical components into final products. * Create and maintain technical documentation related to optical designs and analyses. * Participate in design reviews and collaborate on resolving technical issues. * Provide technical support during prototyping and production phases. **Requirements:** * Degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in optical design, preferably within the advanced technology industry. * Proficiency in optical design software such as Zemax, Code V, or LightTools. * Knowledge of optical simulation and performance analysis. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Intermediate English (B2\) * Automotive lighting. * Light patterns. * Fundamentals of optical physics. **Benefits** We offer * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) * 15 days bonus * 25% vacation bonus * 12 days of vacation (From the first year) * Social Security * PTU/Profit Sharing * Biweekly food vouchers Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $21,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
