**Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications in the CORPORATE sector** **Salary: 16,000 \+ 4,000 Bonus \= $20,000 monthly net** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical-Administrative * Intermediate Office package skills * Knowledge of external and internal plant installations * Telecommunications **Activities:** Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications in the Corporate sector. **Requirements:** * Education: Technician or Engineer in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems or related field. * Experience in supervision of external plant (fiber optic, copper, poles, conduits). * Knowledge in reading blueprints and field surveys. * Crew management and coordination with contractors. * Valid driver's license and availability to travel within assigned area. * Basic knowledge of Office software and report management tools. **Activities:** * Supervise and coordinate technical personnel in the field. * Verify proper installation, maintenance, and repair of external plant infrastructure (fiber optic cabling, copper, poles, manholes, ducts, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during operations. * Review work progress and report incidents to operations management. * Control the use of materials, tools, and assigned equipment. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and job results. * Follow up on work orders and ensure timely completion. * Address and resolve technical issues in the field promptly. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when necessary. * Other duties as assigned Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site position
