As a support engineer, your role will be solving issues with the technological infrastructure used in production to control manufacturing processes. **Experience and technical knowledge in:** * +3 years of experience providing support in manufacturing workshops, industrial facilities and technological infrastructure * Mandatory experience providing technical support for industrial equipment ON-SITE, both in **Information Technologies** and **Operational Technologies** * Handling and follow-up of technical support requests, resolution of tickets until closure * Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Fieldbus, Ethernet. Network management, redundant industrial communication protocols PRP and HSR * Communication architecture and networks, hardware components: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Optical Fiber access media SMF, MMF, UTP cabling, Standards * Experience in IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) * Installation, support and repair of computer equipment * Industrial programming languages, both high-level (ladder diagram or ladder logic, function block diagram) and low-level languages (instruction list, structured text) * OPC client/server architecture, objects and interfaces, OPC DA data access. Alarm and event management, OPC AE. Historical data access, OPC HDA. Data exchange, OPC DX. Unified Architecture, OPC UA.
