We are currently seeking an **NOC Operator** to join, on-site, the team of one of our telecommunications-sector clients. **Requirements** * Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC roles or infrastructure monitoring. * Experience monitoring networks, voice services, data services, IPTV, microwave links, and fiber optics. * Proficiency with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, or similar. * Experience working under ITIL methodology. * Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge (queries). **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor network and service operations (voice, data, IPTV, dedicated links). * Perform initial troubleshooting on network infrastructure failures. * Manage incident tickets and documentation in internal platforms. * Administer maintenance windows and network change control. * Generate operational reports and KPIs based on SLAs. * Ensure 24/7 operational service continuity\. **What We Offer:** * Net salary of $32,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * Profit-sharing. * Professional development opportunity * Location: Coyoacán, CDMX.
