Paid training. **Position: Network and Collections Supervisor** Initial training: Mazatlán, Sinaloa (1 to 3 weeks) Schedule: Full-time, with availability to work outside regular hours if necessary. ***Job Objective:*** Supervise and monitor operational activities related to claims, network work, projects, and financial validation processes associated with telecommunications services, ensuring timely, accurate, and properly documented compliance. ***Main Responsibilities:*** \* Supervise infrastructure and fieldwork related to installations, maintenance, or repair of networks (fiber optic, copper, poles, etc.). \* Supervise crews or contractors, ensuring productivity, adherence to guidelines, and complete documentation. \* Accurately document claims and work activities using official forms. \* Follow up on pending signatures, platform data entry, and file closure. \* Conduct field visits, visual inspections, and validation of materials used. \* Coordinate with internal departments (operations, engineering, administration) to validate progress and deliver reports. \* Support internal collections processes: review outstanding items and timely submission of documentation. \* Maintain direct contact with contractors, suppliers, and customers, fostering an environment of trust, commitment, and discipline. \* Propose improvements to operational processes, forms, and reports. ***Required Profile:*** Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in fields such as Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, Electromechanics, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience supervising field operations in telecommunications or network construction. Preferred knowledge of network materials, procedures, and structures: fiber optic, poles, underground/aerial cabling. Proficiency in Excel, institutional email, Google Drive, and tracking platforms. Ability to draft reports, logs, and maintain documentary control. Proactivity, analytical thinking, and results orientation. Firm yet respectful leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to pressure and last-minute changes.
