




Position Summary: Responsible for managing the construction of telecommunications sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality, and timelines. Key Highlights: 1. Project budgetary and documentation management. **GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for managing construction projects related to new sites, co-location, maintenance, reinforcements, and new business opportunities, in accordance with defined technical specifications based on internal requirements and procedures, standards, and policies established by the Company. Additionally, coordinates construction work to ensure timely delivery while meeting quality standards, thereby fulfilling customer needs. **JOB PROFILE:** **Education and Experience** * High school diploma or university degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Basic English (non-exclusive). * Software proficiency: office applications; intermediate-level Excel (desirable); AutoCAD; and unit-price estimation software. * Minimum 4 years’ experience managing projects within telecommunications companies, with knowledge of structures or heavy construction. * Minimum 3 years’ experience on telecommunications site construction. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage specific construction projects for sites, maintenance works, co-location, and reinforcements, providing guidance on design specifications and allocating required resources for each project. * Possess basic knowledge of power supply and management of new electricity connections. * Review construction clauses related to negotiations and agreed terms in rooftop and tower lease contracts. * Evaluate and design the layout of components constituting a telecommunications site—including towers, radiating systems, electric meters, access points, fiber optics, electrical and grounding systems—presenting the design to the client for approval. * Request and validate construction budgets from assigned suppliers for each activity; monitor and track activities within the approved budget, preventing execution of additional activities without proper authorization. * Conduct quality control jointly with Field Supervision and Quality Control personnel for all construction activities, through weekly reports submitted by suppliers either in person or remotely; field visits may be conducted upon approval from the direct supervisor. * Notify internal customers regarding construction progress and completion, coordinating handover tasks with relevant departments. * Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance windows, equipment relocation, or similar requirements necessary to complete construction work. * Notify and schedule supervision visits with Quality Control personnel; additionally, coordinate project completion to enable final quality standard inspection and physical site closure. * Documentation responsibility: coordinate submission of final construction files containing technical and administrative information for any telecommunications project—including modifications, reinforcements, decommissioning, and new sites—to the Quality department; ensure such information is uploaded at the asset level into the enterprise’s designated management tools. * Budgetary responsibility: initiate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for construction work execution; receive such orders; supervise supplier invoicing; continuously monitor the status of open purchase orders under one’s responsibility; and define closure dates. * Consistently and timely update the Company-defined project management tools according to project or activity requirements under one’s responsibility. * Promptly communicate to internal customers any deviations that may delay delivery of any telecommunications project. * Ensure execution of telecommunications projects with quality and safety.
