Verify the functionality of office air conditioning equipment. 2\. Inspect and perform preventive and corrective repairs on hydrosanitary installations (bathrooms, sinks, drainage) and gas systems. 3\. Perform preventive\-corrective maintenance inside and outside facilities (painting, masonry, waterproofing, drywall, furniture repair, etc.). 4\. Inspect electrical installations, replacing burnt-out light fixtures and checking the functionality of outlets. 5\. Perform locksmithing tasks, including key duplication, lock cylinder replacement, and drawer opening upon user request. 6\. Support the upkeep and proper functioning of office facilities. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma with certificate 1 year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in corporate offices (verifiable) Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, electricity, locksmithing, emergency power plants, and air conditioning Healthy credit bureau report (current payments/clean record). **WE OFFER:** \* Monthly salary of **$12,200\.00** \* Statutory benefits from day one. \* Enhanced benefits: 30-day year-end bonus. 12 vacation days starting from the first year.
