Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and automation systems, ensuring technical quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of video surveillance and alarm systems. 2. Customer training and troubleshooting of installations. 3. Professional customer service and technical support. Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and automation systems (cameras, alarms, access controls, video doorphones, and structured cabling), ensuring technical service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company operational standards. **System Installation:** * Install and configure analog and IP video surveillance cameras at residential and commercial sites according to client plans and requirements. * Install alarm systems, motion detectors, perimeter sensors, and sirens. * Install and program access control systems, electromagnetic locks, and video doorphones. * Perform structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, and basic electrical installations related to the service. * Deploy communication networks and access points according to project requirements. **Commissioning and Validation:** * Verify full functionality of each installed system before leaving the site. * Provide brief customer training on basic usage and operation of the delivered system. * Identify and correct faults in previous installations within warranty scope. **Quality and Documentation:** * Deliver the signed service report to the customer upon completion of each visit. * Record photographic evidence of work (before, during, and after installation). * Maintain assigned toolkits and materials in optimal condition, reporting shortages to the Operations Supervisor. **Customer Service:** * Arrive punctually at the customer’s residence or business at the agreed-upon time. * Maintain a professional and service-oriented attitude throughout the visit. * Provide basic technical support when requested.
