Verify the functionality of office air conditioning equipment. 2\. Inspect and perform preventive and corrective repairs on plumbing and sanitation installations (bathrooms, sinks, drainage) and gas systems. 3\. Perform preventive-corrective maintenance both inside and outside facilities (painting, masonry, waterproofing, drywall, furniture repair, etc.). 4\. Inspect electrical installations, replacing burnt-out light fixtures and checking the functionality of outlets. 5\.
