Job Description Internal Fiber Optic Plant Installation Technician (Totalplay) Base salary $12,000 \+ Monthly bonuses from $2,500 to $10,000 **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** At Totalplay, we are looking for Internal Plant Installation Technicians with experience in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks. The purpose of this position is to perform residential installations, laying and routing of fiber optic cables within buildings (residences, offices, and buildings), ensuring high-quality service to the end customer. **Responsibilities:** Installation and configuration of fiber optic services (internet, television, and telephone). Laying, routing, and connection of fiber optic cables in internal plant infrastructure (buildings, junction boxes, cabinets). Fiber optic splicing, operation of equipment such as OTDR, fusion splicers, and power meters (desirable). Inspection, diagnosis, and correction of service faults. Direct interaction with the end customer during installation. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary school or technical high school (preferred). Minimum of 6 months of experience in fiber optic installation or telecommunications networks (internal or external plant). Basic knowledge of FTTH, optical connections, measurement equipment, conduits, racks, and cabinets. Valid driver's license (mandatory). Customer service attitude, responsibility, and interest in fieldwork.
