**We are looking for your talent and enthusiasm.** **We are seeking a FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR.** Ensure the quality of fieldwork by coordinating and directing the efforts of technicians and/or personnel under supervision to achieve and fulfill the objectives established by the company. Ensure that crews under supervision have appropriate personal protective equipment and work tools. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Construction guidelines. * Tool handling skills. * No fear of working at heights (10 meters). * Flexible availability. * Proficiency with computer equipment and Office software suite. * Network maintenance and construction experience. * **Must own a personal automobile.** **KNOWLEDGE:** * Network height compliance with CFE standards. * Ability to read blueprints and KMZ files. * Development of work plans. * Knowledge and planning of approved hardware and materials. * Familiarity with tools: OTDR, Splicer, Fusion Splicer, UFL. * Proficiency with computer programs: Excel, Google Earth, KPIs, LSAs, Drive. * Inventory control of supplies and tools required for operations. * Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance. * Splitter handling. * Height adjustments. * Response to mass outages. * Installation and assembly of closures. * Fiber optic cable laying. * Fiber optic cable conduit installation. **WE OFFER** * Base salary $18,000 (Net) + $4,500.00 Retention Bonus + Statutory Benefits. **SCHEDULE:** * 09:00 to 19:00 * On-call shifts from 19:00 to 09:00
