




**Objective:** Supervise, convey accurate information, and provide support to the field team to ensure proper operation of fiber optic services. This role plays a critical part in updating and modifying information within network management systems, as well as efficiently managing maintenance windows to keep the network active and operational, and in developing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Objective:** The primary objective of this position is to supervise, convey accurate information, and provide support to the field team to ensure proper operation of fiber optic services. This role plays a critical part in updating and modifying information within network management systems, as well as efficiently managing maintenance windows to keep the network active and operational, and in developing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Requirements:** * Graduates in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred) * Prior experience in similar roles within the telecommunications sector, preferably in the fiber optic area. * Knowledge of OTDR * AutoCAD (Single-line diagrams) * Intermediate English **Skills:** * Technical expertise in fiber optic networks. * Proficiency with software tools related to network management. * Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment. * Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * established with customers during corrective maintenance. * Take proactive measures to resolve any deviations that may affect service quality.
