This position will be critical to ensuring that projects are executed on time, correctly, and in compliance with technical and safety standards. Responsibilities * Supervise activities related to **fiber optic network construction and installation**. * Coordinate field work teams and contractors. * Ensure compliance with **quality and safety standards**. * Track **project progress and schedule adherence**. * Validate the proper execution of network construction work. * Coordinate with **engineering, operations, and suppliers**. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and project status updates. * Supervise appropriate use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Ensure compliance with construction regulations and procedures. Requirements * Degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years of experience in fiber optic network construction**. * Experience supervising **field teams or contractors**.
